Does this program work on Windows Vista and Windows 7?
Yes, it does.

Is the size of an image or a photo limited?
No. But the more the width and the height of your scheme and cell size in it, the more time will be needed to perform operations on it.

I open a program and see just gray window with disabled button "1. Load". What should I do?
You should firstly open an image or a photo which you want to make a scheme from. For this choose "File|Open..." in main menu. You can find more information in user manual, pressing F1.
